Welcome to our new Gunya Meta trainees

Three new recruits have joined us from Gunya Meta. Josiah, Matari and Sammy are at Substation33 to undertake a Certificate I in Workplace Skills. They have already done a workshop with Brad from PowerWells, checked out our laser cutter and 3d printers, and have gotten to know the general day to day activities that make Substation33 tick. We wish them the very best outcome for their studies and hope they get as much out of their training as we will get out of seeing them level up and develop the skills and confidence to make a great start on their employment journeys. Gunya Meta Inc is a non-profit organisation that focuses on serving the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families in Logan.
